Publication Process:

According to the mission of our journal, it is adopted as a principle as fastest as possible by performing the publication process contributing to science without deviating from ethics and quality. In this context, articles are to submit to our journal from the official date of publication until 30 days. If an article deemed appropriate for publication does not catch up with the closest published date, it is informed by contacting with the author that this article will publish in the next issue.

Articles sent to our journal are immediately sent to referees. It is given time 15 days for articles being up to fifteen pages, 20 days (max) for articles surpassing fifteen pages to our referees. Consequently, the publication decision of the average article does not expire fifteen days upwards sending date to our journal.

PUBLICATION FEE:

No fee is charged for publishing articles in our magazine. In the following periods, when our magazine enters into the scope of the TR Index and / or SSCI indexes, the policy of remuneration is declared in the editorial writing of the previous issue, and the publication policy is updated in this menu.

ARTICLE WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

1. The articles uploaded to our journal can be withdrawn until the end of the pre-control processes.
2. Articles that have been taken into the refereeing process cannot be withdrawn. At the end of the refereeing process, the request to withdraw the article is asked again from the author and if the insistence on withdrawal continues, the article is returned to the author.
3. After the article is accepted, the article cannot be withdrawn.

CORRECTION and TAKEDOWN POLICY

1. Articles published in our journal can always be corrected. Correction is carried out in case of serious deprivation of rights of the author or authors regarding the grave errors that occur during the publication process of the article. Correction is done in the next issue at the earliest within the scope of DergiPark and TR Index principles.

2. An article published in the journal can only be removed by a court decision. If our journal is paid in the future, no refund is possible. Other fee-related matters are reserved.

PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT of PLAGIARISM:

1. Submission Similarity Rates:

In the article submission process, articles with 20% less are published in the ITENTICATE, TURNITIN, İNTİHALNET similarity rate report, excluding the bibliography.

2. Similarity Rates After Refereeing:

For publication, I'THENTICATE similarity report is also obtained over the latest version. The similarity rate of each citation should not be more than 3% for 2022 and 1% for 2023.

Necessary similarity rates are sought in the pre-admission for post-refereeing. However, post-review similarity rates are based on the iThenticate report only.
