Abstract
Literatürde gelişmiş bir güvenlik kültürü, çalışanların işyerlerinde sağlıklı ve güvenli şartlarda çalışabilmeleri için işveren, çalışan ve yöneticilerin tehlike ve riskleri önceden algılama, önlem alma ve kontrol etmeye yönelik tutum ve davranışlara sahip olmaları olarak tanımlanır . İşyerinin güvenlik kültürü çalışanların güvenlik algısının göstergesidir. Bu konu ile ilgili yapılan çalışmaların artması güvenlik kültürünün geliştirilmesine hizmet edecektir. Bu düşünce ile son on yılda konu ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar bibliyometrik yöntem ile VOSviewer aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Bibliyometrik analiz, araştırmaların eğilimini analiz etmek, ortaya çıkan bilim alanlarını belirlemek, makalelerin hangi dergilerde ve ne sıklıkla yayınlandığını belirlemek için kullanılmaktadır. Hazırlanan çalışmada, Web of Science™(WoS) veri tabanında 2013 ve 2023 yılları arasında yayımlanan 4041 çalışma incelenerek, güvenlik kültürü konusunda bir bibliyometrik analiz oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, 123 farklı ülkeden 13432 yazara ait 1397 farklı dergideki bilimsel çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Güvenlik kültürü çalışmalarının temel olarak (1) organizasyonel (örgütsel) güvenlik kültürü ve (2) hasta güvenliği kültürü şeklinde iki büyük kümeye ayrıldığı, multidisipliner ve çok yönlü bir kavram olduğu sayılarla ortaya konulmuştur.

Abstract
In the literature, a developed safety culture is defined as the attitudes and behaviors of employers, employees and managers to anticipate hazards and risks, take precautions and control them so that employees can work in healthy and safe environment in their workplaces. The safety culture of the workplace is an indicator of the safety perception of the employees. Increasing studies on this subject will serve to develop a safety culture. With this idea, the studies on the subject in the last ten years have been analyzed with the bibliometric method through VOSviewer. Bibliometric analysis is used to analyze the trend of research, identify emerging fields of science, and determine where and how often articles are published. In the prepared study, it was aimed to create a bibliometric analysis on safety culture by examining 4041 studies published between 2013 and 2023 in the Web of Science™ (WoS) database. In this study, scientific studies in 1397 different journals belonging to 13432 authors from 123 different countries were evaluated. It has been shown by numbers that safety culture studies are basically divided into two big clusters as (1) organizational safety culture and (2) patient safety culture, and that it is a multidisciplinary and versatile concept.
