ALMAN PUANTER (GERMAN SHORTHAİRED) IRKI BİR KÖPEKTE BİLATERAL KİSTİK BURSİTİS OLECRANİ OLGUSU VE SAĞALTIMI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 14 aylık kısa tüylü Alman puanter ırkı bir köpekte
gözlenen bilateral bursitis olecrani olgusunun tanımı ve sağaltımı sunulmuştur.
Klinik muayenede sağ ve sol olecrani bölgesinde 3-4 cm çapında ağrısız ve
topallığa sebep olmayan şişkinlik tespit edildi. Steril koşullarda yapılan
punksiyon sonucunda açık sarı renkli, normal sinovya akıntısı saptandı. Her iki
bursaya 1.000.000 IU kristalize penisilin-G ve 25 mg prednisolon verilerek
bölgeye basınçlı pansuman uygulandı. İkinci uygulama yedi gün sonra tekrarlandı.
Üçüncü uygulama nüks ihtimaline karşılık yapıldı. Olgunun birinci ve ikinci ay
sonunda yapılan kontrollerin-de herhangi bir nüks durumu gözlenmedi.
