Ekolojik İnhibitör Olarak Fındıkkabugu, Nar ve Karalahananın % 5’lik NaCl Çözeltisindeki Çinko Levha Korozyonuna Etkisi

Abstract

Korozyon önleyiciler (inhibitörler), korozif etkiyi azaltmak veya önlemek için korozyon ortamına katılan maddelerdir. Bu maddeler çogu zaman metal yüzeyinde koruyucu bir tabaka olusturarak korozyonu önlemektedirler. İnhibitörler sanayinin hemen hemen her alanında kullanılmaktadır. 1999 yılında dünyada kullanılan inhibitörlerin toplam ekonomik degerinin 1.1 milyar dolar oldugu tespit edilmistir. Bu çalısmada, yöremizde yetistirilen ve ciddi bir ekonomik kazanç elde edilemeyen, karalahana, nar ve fındıkkabugundan elde edilen çözeltilerin, oldukça korozif bir ortam olan %5’lik NaCl çözeltisindeki çinko levhaların korozyonuna etkisi arastırılmıstır. Çinko levhaların korozyonu, korozyon ölçüm metotlarından biri olan gravimetrik metot kullanılarak ölçülmüs ve kullanılan bu ekolojik inhibitörlerin, inhibitör etkinlikleri hesaplanmıstır. Buna göre sırasıyla fındıkkabugu, karalahana ve nar kabugundan daha iyi etkinlik göstermistir.
