Erkek Gonadda Primordiyal Kök Hücrelerin Spermatozoaya Dönüşümü

Abstract

Erkek üreme hücreleri embriyonal, fetal, post natal ve pubertal dönemlerden geçerek olgun
spermatozoaya dönüşene kadar çok karmaşık bir süreçten geçmektedir. Üreme kök hücrelerinin
erken embriyonal dönemde gonadlara göçü, seminifer tubulusların oluşması, kök hücrelerin
tubuluslar içindeki yolculuğu olarak ve fetal dönem, doğum sonrası, prepubertal dönem
ve puberte dönemlerinde farklılıklar göstermektedir. Üreme hücreleri farklı dönemlerde
değişen morfoloji ve hücre aktiviteleri nedeniyle farklı isimlerle anılmaktadır. Hücrelerdeki
değişikliklerle birlikte seminifer tübülüsler içindeki yerleşimleri de farklılıklar göstermektedir.
Erken embriyonal dönemde primordiyal germ hücreleri; sırasıyla gonositlere, gonositlerde
seminifer tübülüs bazal membranına yerleştikten sonra spermatogonyuma dönüşür.
Spermatogonyum, spermatogonyal kök hücrelerin prekürsörü ve spermatogenik serinin ana
hücresidir. Üreme kök hücrelerinin morfoloji ve aktivite farklılıkların fertilite restorasyonunda
da etkili olabileceği araştırılacak bir konu olarak karşımızda durmaktadır. Bu derlemede,
kök hücreler farklı dönemlerdeki isimlendirilmeleri, yerleşimleri, gösterdikleri morfolojik
özellikleriyle ilgili makaleler taranarak değerlendirilmiştir. Prepubertal dönemde onkoloji
tedavisi görecek erkek çocuklarda bu hücrelerin saklanması gerektiği için hücreler burada
detaylı olarak irdelenmiştir.
