DÖNÜŞÜM, TASARIM VE UYGULAMA: LEVENT LİFE RESİDENCE PROJESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bu makalenin amacı, kentsel dönüşüm bölgesi olan Kâğıthane ilçesi Ortabayır mahallesinde yer alan Levent Life Projesi eskiz, proje, tasarım, kaba inşaat ve ince inşaat uygulamalarının tüm süreçlerinin yürütüldüğü bir projenin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu araştırmada eskizler, proje ve uygulama sonrası mekân görselleriyle ince yapı, strüktür ve uygulama süreçleri hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Saha araştırmasında Levent Life projesi yapısal ve iç mekân özellikleriyle incelenmiştir. Levent Life Residence, İstanbul ilinin Beşiktaş/Levent ilçesinde oldukça merkezi bir bölgede yer alan bir rezidans projesidir. Bu makale, iç tasarım projesinin 3 boyutlu modellenmesini ve uygulama sonrası görsellerini içermektedir. Projede cephe ile iç mekân arasındaki uyumun sağlanması amacıyla tasarımlar yapılmıştır. Cephedeki köşeli formların iç mekâna yansıması üçgen tavan-duvar tasarımları ışık, malzeme ve görsellere aktarılmıştır. Projede, doğal taş, ahşap ve ekolojik malzeme seçimine dikkat edilmiştir. Bu uygulama projesinin gelecekteki konut projelerine örnek teşkil etmesi hedeflenmektedir
