Mum Püskürtücü Ekstrüder Tasarımı

Abstract

Bu
projede, 3B (üç boyutlu) yazıcılarda mum baskısı yapabilen bir ekstrüder tasarlanmış
ve böylece, kuyumcu dökümü (hassas döküm) işleminde kullanılacak modellerin 3B
yazıcı ile basılabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Hassas döküm, özellikle kuyumculukta takıların
üretimi için yıllardır kullanılagelen bir yöntemdir. Yöntemin esası, kalıp
boşluğu oluşturulmasında, mum gibi kolay eriyebilen malzemeden imal edilen
modellerin kullanılması ve bu modellerin kalıp hazırlandıktan sonra ve dökümden
önce eritilerek, kalıp boşluğunun oluşturulmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, beş farklı
teknik uygulanarak, farklı sıcaklık değerleri, farklı mum malzemeleri ve farklı
nozul çapları için bir 3B yazıcı ekstrüderi tasarlanmış ve prototipleri
üretilerek deneyler yapılmıştır. Yapılan metodik çalışma sonuçları ve en
optimum değerler listelenmiştir.
