Bio
Dr. Erick Ogello is a scholar and research scientist in the Department of Fisheries and Natural Resources, Maseno University, Kenya. He holds a PhD in Fisheries Science (Nagasaki University Japan)., Msc. in Aquaculture (Great Distinction) Ghent University, Belgium, and Bsc. in Fisheries (First Class Honors) at Moi University, Kenya. He has obtained professional training in Sustainable Aquaculture Development, Aquaculture Production and Management, Streams and River Ecology. Dr. Ogello is an African Food Fellow under the African Food Fellowship and Leadership Program. His research interests include; Fisheries, limnology, Aquaculture and Blue Economy. He has published over 70 articles in peer reviewed journals, and attended several conferences.
