is Associate Professor of Marketing and Chair of Organizational Management Department at Shannon School of Business, Cape Breton University, in Nova Scotia, Canada. Prior joinging CBU, she was Assistant Professor of Marketing at American University of the Middle East in Kuwait, and worked 25 plus years in Executive Marketing roles in the FMCG category with Fortune 500 MNCs like Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, L'Oreal, Danone and Nestle.
